TEDxExeter
I am the ‘storyteller’ for TEDxExeter. It’s by some margin the most poetic job title I’ve ever had. The inaugural event on the theme of “Sustainability and Our Interconnected World” took place on 20 April 2012. Before the event, I blogged on behind-the-scenes planning, and ideas around interconnection and sustainability in Exeter. During the event, I blogged each speaker in real time, which I have to say was exhausting but really fulfilling. I hope the blog gives a flavour of the day for those who couldn’t be there, and a memory jogger for those who could. The 2013 event on “Living the Questions” will be on 12 April, and I’ve been blogging as it approaches.

And the end of all our exploring.
Formerly called Where next, the blog I started in October 2011, still on things that interest me but more infrequent and longer articles. There are many in draft form that haven’t quite made it to the light of day yet.

In November 2010, we moved from Broad Marston Manor near Evesham to Mucknell Abbey, a new eco-monastery near Worcester. For seven months, I wrote this blog about things that I observed and things that interested me.
